• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
Arriving after 5:00 PM, Please contact us in advance for check in instructions.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance for availability.
Stay Requirements & Fees
• 2-night minimum stay on standard reservations
• 3-night minimum on holiday weekends
• Cottage 11 requires a 3-night minimum during June, July and August
• Cleaning fee: $30 per stay
Pet Policy
• Dogs only
• Fee: $30 for one dog / $50 for two dogs
• No other pets permitted.
Cancellation & Deposit
• 50% deposit required at booking
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival: Full refund less a $35 cancellation fee
• Cancellations within 14 days: Non-refundable
• No refunds for early departure, late arrival, or weather
Boat Slip
Each cottage stay includes one covered fishing/pontoon slip for use during your stay.
Bringing a larger boat? Please contact us in advance so we can determine whether a suitable slip is available.
Cottage Rules
• All cottages are non-smoking
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No grills or open flames on cottage decks
• Gate/door codes are for registered guests only.
Taxes
Rates are subject to applicable taxes, including:
• 9.75% Tennessee state sales tax
• 5% hotel tax
Seasonal Operation
Cypress Bay Marina & Resort is generally closed from November trough mid-March.
